This movie breaks my heart! If at all possible save now if you are planning to ever have a baby. Take the time to invest in Yourself. Hire someone who literally is there to simply support you and your family and ADVOCATE and EDUCATE on what’s best for you! 🤰🏽 #Doulas #midwives are literally saving women 🖤🤎🤍just through pushing you to listen to your body! Trust your doctor (but invest in those that are strictly focused on YOU). #maternalHealth #BlackMaternalHealth #doula #women #pregnacy #maternal-mortality

𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁! In November I the pleasure of assisting my first family virtually! In transparency I’m not sure if virtual is my favorite just yet. But I think things went well for it to be my first time. Mom and dad were VERY prepared, educated, aware, and supported throughout their whole journey. Birth plan was created, breastfeeding support was in place and most of all a healthy baby girl was born and mom walked away feeling confident in all decisions made! Thank you for choosing @bumpbabybliss during this special time in your life!
